Hey, I’m George.

By day I own a web design business and an online education business. Throughout the years I’ve been fortunate enough to hit financial goals like my first $1,000/month working online, then my first $10,000/month, as well as hit business goals like $1M annual revenue and continue to grow from there.

In other words, I’m far from the richest person in the world, but I’ve been able to have enough financial success that I can pursue a project like this and feel that I have some value to provide to the people reading about.

This site is a place for me to write about the things I care about. Mostly, I’m focused on ideas (both new and old), tapping into a creative state, and doing whatever I can to live a long, happy, healthy life.

Growing up, I always felt that I looked at life through another lens that everyone around me.

I couldn’t understand how people could get up, do the same thing each and every day, and just not put much thought into trying to make something different with their lives.

I knew I was different – I just didn’t know how to make the most of it.

After a failed stint at college I dropped out of school at 20 years old and bought the cheapest plane ticket I possibly could out of the country to Mexico. With only a backpack my then girlfriend (now wife) and I traveled south through Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala.

This led us on a multi-year journey of semi-nomadic travel and has ultimately enabled me to be able to:

  • Travel to 4 countries and 42 states
  • Grow my online business so that I now make over $10K/month
  • Go back to school at 27 and play 3 years of college basketball
  • And most importantly, generally have control and freedom over my life and what I do on a day to day basis

I’m not incredibly wealthy, I come from a family whose net worth is in the negatives, and there are plenty of people far more talented and smarter than me.

But I’ve managed to create a small little corner in my own Universe where I can live the life that I want without feeling that I have to conform to the mindset and perspective of modern society.

I’m not an expert and I don’t pretend to have all the answers – I’m just sharing what I’ve learned along the way and hope that maybe it’s something you could benefit from too.

Thanks for being here.
